This site collects the material I keep rebuilding for HR controllers: the models that answer the recurring questions — how many people do we actually have, what do they cost next year, who is leaving and why, and how long does hiring really take.
Everything here is built in the tools most HR teams already own: Excel at an advanced level (dynamic arrays, LET and LAMBDA, Power Query) and Power BI (star schemas, DAX, row-level security). No new platform, no data leaving your company.
Alongside the free material I run German-language seminars and a certified programme on HR controlling, workforce and personnel cost planning, lean HR management and employee surveys. The videos and templates here are the self-paced counterpart: the same models, without a classroom.
Templates are deliberately documented rather than clever. Every workbook separates inputs, logic and output, and every metric ships with a written definition — because a number you cannot explain in a board meeting is not a KPI.
